Cathy McCarthy has more than 20 years experience in senior financial management positions across multiple industries with private and public firms focusing in the nonprofit sector.
Most recently she was VP of Finance for Avenues for Independence and Avenues Foundation for 10 years. A nonprofit that helps those with developmental disabilities live independently by providing residential and workforce opportunities. She was VP of Finance for Have Dreams for 6 years. A nonprofit that provides programs and services to help individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). She knows the importance of keeping expenses down so that revenue can be used on what's really matters - supporting the mission!
Cathy holds an undergraduate degree in Business Administration from Dominican University and an M.B.A. in Business Management from Dominican University.

Barbara McCarthy has more than 20 years experience as a Procurement Specialist working in multiple different industries.
She has worked on many different cost savings projects that include a labor cost reduction of $14,000 due to improved Accounts Payable processes. And a separate purchasing process improvement project that resulted in $31,000 in annual savings on time and resources.
Barbara has a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from St. Norbert College.
In her free time she enjoys getting outdoors to bike, hike, pickleball or spending time with family and friends. She has also enjoyed volunteering with different non-profits over the years including being a ski instructor for the physically and developmentally disabled and volunteering at special events distributing free school supplies to low income students.
